Change name of DB-ESDK Go to
github.com/aws/aws-database-encryption-sdk-dynamodb/releases/go/dynamodb-esdk(the name we decided in ORR) fromgithub.com/aws/aws-database-encryption-sdk-dynamodb.Most of the changes are generated code because there is change is name in the makefile. The most files that are not generated but in the diff are:
